Drop your device off at 17th Floor, The Pinnacle, Albion Street, Leeds, LS1 5AA, any weekday between 9am and 5:30pm. Pop in your name, postal address, phone number and email so we can reach you. If you can print, fill in the shipping form below and enclose it; if not, a handwritten note with those details does the job just as well. As soon as we've run diagnostics, we'll call or email you with what we found.
Post it to us with a tracked, fully insured service. Pack it carefully, slip your contact details inside the parcel — name, address, phone and email — and we'll take it from there. Once diagnostics are done, we'll get in touch to walk you through the results.
