All of the quotes listed below are taken directly from real messages sent to us by customers, held in our archives. The words have been copied verbatim (including Scottish expressions) and are unedited (with one exception, that being where we trimmed them down slightly in order to make them fit within the length limits). There are no star widgets and no incentivised reviews, just what people wrote when their files came back.

Remove the adjectives from the above notes and what they are really documenting is: the terms that hold up under pressure; fast turnaround times as described by a six-time repeat business customer; a fixed process that was commended from beginning to end; true results after previous attempts at using their own “do it yourself” software for recovering lost data failed, and that the majority of the items that were recovered (family photos) went back to the customers unharmed. The one note even starts off describing how much money this service cost (‘data recovery is not cheap’) but still leaves the customer happy. That type of response will be all that is required from a fixed quote process when, in most cases, you don’t have to pay unless we can recover your data.
